Service Staff, Managers     Jonathan Berry - Service Drive Manager Before joining our team in 2000, Jonathan worked in Finance Auto Lease Remarketing. Jonathan is Level One Advisor trained and continues his BMW education with enthusiasm. He was born and raised in Southern California’s Orange County then relocated to north Texas in 1998 with his wife and three children. Jonathan enjoys spending his spare time in the yard, cooking and now that the children are older, he and his wife get to spend time out with one another. jberry@classicbmw.com       Robert Hamilton - Assistant Service Manager Robert has been working as a technician since he graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute for automotive training in 1984. He began working for Classic BMW in 1988 and has obtained certifications as a BMW Master Technician and ASE Master Technician. Robert spends his spare time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys old muscle car shows and relaxing with a good movie. rhamilton@classicbmw.com       John Kobell - Service Director John has been involved in all areas of fixed operations to include parts, body shop and service since he was 18. He joined Classic BMW in 1996 as Service Manager. He is the father of two and he counts them as the biggest joy in his life. Service Staff     Patrick Arnold - Service Advisor Pat was born in Cleveland, OH and moved here in 1980. He has been working with BMW's since 1998 and has owned around 25 BMW's. His greatest passion is racing. Pat has attended many driving schools, including Skip Barber, NHRA drag racing and IRL racing schools. He enjoys making BMW's faster and has built a few "specialty" vehicles. He loves soccer and most other sports. Victor is married with a beautiful daughter and son. He enjoys spending time with his family, making new friends and is active in his church. He’s been in the automotive business for over 4 years and a Service Advisor for 6 months prior to joining the Classic BMW team. Chuong has a fiancé and 2 dogs: a Great Dane and a Miniature Schnauzer. He joined Classic BMW in 1989 and is a Level 1 Advisor. He has been married for over 13 years to his wife, Julie.
