BMW Ultimate Service comes at no cost beginning on all 2007 models and goes above and beyond typical warranty or maintenance plans. It includes:

The BMW Maintenance Program for 4 years/50,000 miles - the most comprehensive maintenance plan (including wear and tear items) in its class. Brake pads, Brake rotors, Engine Belts, Oil Changes – everything but gas and tires is covered.

Roadside Assistance is available from BMW direct, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Even if someone else is driving your vehicle, you’re covered. Coverage includes New BMWs – 4 years/unlimited miles from the original in-service date. Certified Pre-Owned BMWs – 6 years/unlimited miles from the original in-service date. Classic BMW Service Center

Our Service Specials are updated regularly, and can be found online. Just print out the service specials page, book your appointment, inform us of the service special you’ll be taking advantage of and bring the print out with you at the time of service.

Schedule Service Online and save time and peace of mind. Book a service appointment and select from our transportation options, and a Classic BMW Service Representative will contact you to confirm. For transportation arrangements, you can select from our valet service, loaner car, shuttle service, or do it your way. Some restrictions may apply.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE OPTIONS

Valet Service. Classic BMW will drop off a loan car at your home or office, take your BMW to our center and once service is complete, bring your vehicle back to your door. This service is available if you’ve purchased a new BMW from Classic BMW on or after April 1, 2005. Pickup and delivery area is limited.

Loaner Vehicles are available to use during service appointments for our New Car or Pre-Owned customers. To qualify for a loan car, you must be 21 years of age or older, have current auto insurance and have a valid drivers license and Visa, Mastercard or American Express. To setup a loaner car arrangement, schedule your service appointment online, or call our Service Center at the number above.

Shuttle Service is available to take you to and pick you up from your home or office, after bringing your BMW in for service. Shuttle Service area is limited, call the Service Center for details.
