However, we offer a price protection guarantee to match any written estimate from any independent shop that uses original BMW parts for the same diagnosis. Just bring us a signed, authorized price quote showing the service description, parts and actual purchase price before the work on your vehicle is performed and we will match the price for the work quoted.* However, we reserve the right to suggest additional diagnostic work to ensure optimal performance satisfaction before servicing your vehicle.

Service has been Great... It is a fact that when things go well you don't get to hear about it, only the 5 out of 1000 cases that went awry. My 2009 538i is NOT from Classic and I'm just another owner (nothing special like Tiger or someone like that) but they have always taken care of me - ask for Byron Gabriel or David Ambramcik in Service, they are the best.
