Dear Mr. Maas:
On July 28 I purchased a new BMW 330Ci convertible and I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the car and your team at Classic BMW. It was the best new car buying experience I have had.
Bill Lang greeted me in the showroom and did an excellent job explaining the features of the car and taking me on test drives so I could compare models, performance and options. He knows his product, is easy to work with, and treats his customers well. He handled everything perfectly from start to finish and had my car detailed and ready an hour earlier than promised. This morning he followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions or concerns.
I also had the opportunity to meet and work with Scott Gillis, Mike Letourneau, and David Adamcik, all of whom share the Classic BMW attitude of positive, friendly service to the customer.
I am totally enjoying my new BMW 330Ci convertible. It looks great and I've received many compliments. It accelerates, handles and brakes with response and confidence and it's assembled with excellent quality. My only regret is I waited so long to buy one.
Thanks again to the team at Classic BMW. I will gladly recommend your dealership to friends. I wish you much success at your new facility in Plano.
